Prem Prakash Gupta Institute of Engineering — commonly known as KCMT Campus 2 — is an AICTE approved engineering and management college under the Khandelwal Group of Institutions, founded by Dr. Vinay Khandelwal. It is located at 16 KM Milestone on NH-24 (Bareilly-Lucknow Road), near Rajau, Bareilly UP 243123 — on the national highway side of Bareilly, distinct from the main KCMT campus on Pilibhit Road.
The college is affiliated to AKTU (Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University) for B.Tech and MBA, to MJPRU Rohilkhand University for B.Com and BSc, and to BTE (Board of Technical Education) for Polytechnic Diploma. It also holds NCTE approval for B.Ed.
KCMT Campus 2 is primarily an engineering-focused campus, offering B.Tech in Computer Science (CSE) and Mechanical Engineering (ME), alongside management, commerce, science, education and pharmacy diploma programmes.
